A Message from the Head of School
At UPrep, our students lead a life of learning. They are curious about everything and willing to try anything. Our students seek challenge through competition and collaboration. They are eager to connect and determined to contribute to their UPrep world and beyond.
We engage our students with a challenging curriculum surrounded by an inclusive environment and mentored by caring and supportive adults. The young people in our community grow confident under the support and counsel of this extraordinary group of faculty and staff who are devoted to helping each student reach their potential.
While exploring everything, promising students find their voice, their passions, and their purpose during a shared journey of joyful self-discovery. They leave us understanding that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. About Ronnie
Ronnie Codrington-Cazeau was named UPrep's fifth head of school in 2020. With decades of experience in independent schools, Ronnie is known for her student-centered focus and her commitment to serving a diverse community. While she most recently served as the head of school at The Evergreen School in Seattle, Ronnie has also served in leadership and teaching positions at several private schools, including Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles and The Park School in Brookline, Massachusetts. Ronnie also serves on two national boards supporting independent schools.
