Faculty

Our faculty includes world class Ultimate Frisbee players, professional musicians, improvisational comics, published authors, bikers, working artists, and mountain climbers. U Prep teachers are experts in their subject matter and provide the highest quality of instruction while promoting collaboration and cooperation.   They encourage their students to embrace all aspects of learning, to consider multiple perspectives, to think creatively and analytically, and to pursue the best in themselves.

Most of all, our faculty is committed to supporting the students of University Prep.  Visit our campus and you will see teachers meeting with students before school,  after school, during lunch, and during their planning periods. You'll see them coaching, conducting, directing, and advising.  They are mainstays at students' sporting events, plays, and concerts, and partner with parents in setting developmentally appropriate academic and co-curricular goals.  In short, University Prep's faculty works hard to meet the school's mission of developing each student's potential to become an intellectually courageous, socially responsible citizen of the world.
