College Counseling
University Prep’s college counseling program helps students reach the next stage of their development—young adulthood. University Prep’s College Counseling Office provides:- Individual college counseling for each junior and senior through at least one scheduled forty-five-minute conference per year
- Extensive resources to help parents and students prepare to make choices about post-graduation plans
- Administration of standardized tests such as Advanced Placement (AP) examinations and the Pre SAT (PSAT) and Pre-ACT (PLAN)
- Arrangements for college admissions officers to meet with our students in small groups throughout the year
- College Information Nights for juniors and seniors
- Access to information on pertinent college admission topics
