At UPrep, the College Counseling Office expertly demystifies the college admission process for our students and their families while simultaneously ensuring that they fare extremely well in their search and selection process. College information nights for juniors and seniors, more than 200 visits from college admissions officers from around the country and the world, and expert administration of standardized tests simply add to the many services the office provides.
As part of the school's mission, University Prep seeks to create a diverse student community. We recognize that, for some students who would be a great fit at our school, affording the full cost of attendance is not possible. For this reason, Financial Aid is an essential element, allowing us to welcome students from various socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our goal at University Prep is for all students to grow to be independent learners who can advocate for themselves at school. In support of that goal, the Integrated Learning Office provides support to help students who learn differently meet the high expectations of our challenging academic program.
At UPrep, our practice of social emotional learning (SEL) encompasses strategies to support students as they build resiliency, manage stress, develop empathy, clarify their personal values, and make responsible decisions.
