Independent School Admissions Application

The Application Process:

1. Create an account in Ravenna, our online admission portal.
    
2. Complete the Initial Application form and submit the nonrefundable $60 application fee through Ravenna. You must complete these two steps before you will be able to schedule a student assessment or proceed with the rest of the application. Please contact financialaid@universityprep.org to request a fee waiver if the application fee presents a hardship for your family.
    
3. Schedule your student assessment, parent/guardian meeting, and events. Dates fill up quickly.
    
4. Complete the parent/guardian and student essays.
    
5. Print and sign the Request for Records form and submit it to your student's current school. Schools will send transcripts/report cards directly to UPrep.
    
6. Submit a copy of your student’s standardized test scores. Please review UPrep's test flexible admission policy here.
    
7. Delegate the Teacher Evaluation forms to two of your student’s current or recent teachers.
    

8. Delegate the School Administrator form to your student’s school registrar, division director, or principal.
