UPrep Presents its 2019 State of the School Event!
On Thursday evening, University Prep presented its 2019 State of the School Event, in which top administrators and members of the Board of Trustees shared important ongoing and upcoming school accomplishments with the community.
The evening began with a social hour and refreshments in the Commons, before attendees moved to Founders Hall for the hour-long program. Head of School Matt Levinson introduced the program with highlights from the Puma world and recognition of all the extraordinary work done by faculty, staff and board members. Board of Trustee President Cheryl Scott gave an update on the search for a new head of school. Assistant Head of School Richard Kassissieh reflected on the great success of UPrep's very first intensive term that ended last week. Board of Trustees Past President David Beitel introduced the upcoming construction project to transform the Commons and connect two pairs of classrooms, which was elaborated upon by architects from Mithun. The evening closed with an invitation to UPrep's spring celebration, UPrepTogether, in support of our Endowed Financial Aid Fund.
