Puma Fund

Our annual Puma Fund benefits every student in our UPrep community and allows the school to respond to ever-changing needs in real time. 

The Puma Fund makes possible all the co-curricular activities that help our students thrive and supports learning in and out of the classroom. Here are a few examples of how the Puma Fund served our community last year:

  • Offset expenses for four musicals and plays produced by UPrep's performing arts programs
  • Provided buses for 765 academic and athletic trips
  • Resourced our College Counseling Team to administer over 300 PSAT, pre-PSAT, and pre-ACT exams for Upper School students on campus
  • Supported the coaches and fees associated with 500 student-athletes who played on 51 teams
  • Sent 35 Upper School Robotics Club participants to compete in nine competitions, including sending one team to the VEX World Championship in St. Louis, Missouri
  • Sent the Varsity Mock Trial Team to the national championship in Des Moines, Iowa

This year, with a community goal of $1,350,000, we invite you to participate at a level that is meaningful to your family. The Puma Fund drive officially launches on September 28, but you can make a gift or pledge anytime online.

Donor Appreciation Celebrations

To show our appreciation for our generous supporters, we will host two gratitude events during the 2026–2027 school year.

Ambassadors Night Out – Donors who contribute $5,000 or more to the Puma Fund this fall will be invited to a hosted reception with the head of school and a faculty guest on Wednesday, January 6, 2027.

Distinguished Donor Dinner – Donors who contribute $20,000 or more combined to the Puma Fund and UPrep Together will be invited to a special dinner with the head of school on Tuesday, April 27, 2027.

Giving Levels

Gifts of all sizes are essential to sustain and strengthen the UPrep educational experience. We invite you to participate at a level meaningful to you.

Levels apply to all giving and donors are listed by level in our impact report with a symbol to recognize five plus years of consecutive giving.
